I Never Received A Confirmation Email, What Should I Do?
It is possible that the confirmation email was moved to your junk mail folder. We suggest that you always check your junk mail first. In the event that you have not received anything, please email our customer service agents at [email protected]
Can I Modify Or Change My Order After It's Been Placed?
Once you have placed your order, you will be unable to modify it. If for some reason, you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to assist you, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
How Long Will My Order Take To Process?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.
What Are The Delivery Times?
We promise that we are doing everything we can to get your order in your hands as soon as possible. As many of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, delivery times for these products may take 14-20 business days.
Can The Shipping Address Differ From The Billing Address?
Yes, both addresses can be different. However, your billing address should always match the address associated with the credit card used to pay for your order.
How Can I Track My Order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number.
Can I Have Different Items In A Single Order Delivered To Different Addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do this. Items from a single order can only be shipped to a single address.
What Do I Do If One Of My Items Arrives Damaged?
If items in your order have been damaged, please email our customer service agents within 3 days of receiving your order and they will be happy to assist you. Please provide your order number in the subject along with any pictures you can provide of the damaged goods.
Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?
Anyone can place an order on our site without registering for an account. However, for a faster check out experience, we recommend creating an account on our site.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
Items must be in mint condition with original packaging. You have 10 days from receipt of your product to return it to Smartfit Electronics for either a refund or an exchange. For more details about our refund policy, please visit our Returns page.
